Fun in the sun!

On Tuesday my grandpa took all of us up to Blacktail for the day. It was so much fun! My sister & her husband and Andy & I went on these crazy tubes! Everybody had been on them before except me. It was just a little scary, you go SOOOO fast!As we were finishing up our tube went flat... Andy decided to jump ship and join the other tube... leaving me alone in a FLAT tube going really fast I was hanging on for dear life, but I couldn't hang on long enough.... I went flying out and the other tube ran me over. It knocked the wind out of me and I laid in the water trying to catch my breath. RUDE!!!! I can't believe he abandoned me! But it was lots of fun!Kyler loves riding in the boat looking at the water and intently watching whoever is behind the boat. Andy loves to go wake boarding, but we haven't been able to go very much this year, every opportunity he gets, he takes it! Here are a few shots of him behind the boat.What a stud!And last but not least a video of his mad skills & luckily we caught one of his wrecks on video! It looks like it probably hurt! Breaking Dawn!!

I am totally amazed with myself! I really thought it would take me at least a week to not only get to reading the book, but to finish it?!?!? And I finished!! I have to say that in the beginning I was very disappointed... only because I didn't think it was going the direction I wanted it to go. But now after finishing I am completely satisfied with the end. I think it turned out perfectly. I won't ruin the end for anyone!! I'm soooo excited to watch the movie though to see how closely they follow it!! I don't think it could come fast enough though!

We love our cousins!

So my sister is in Utah & I have been helping out with her baby. Emry and kyler have been playing this week. They play really good together until one of them wants a toy the other one has... then it is a screaming war. Today they were laughing and giggling to each other all day! So I decided to put a baby Einstein video in and sit them on the couch to see how long it would last.... and it did for about 20 minutes! They watched in awe as they learned new words. I loved watching.

One step at a time!!

Holy cow my baby is walking!!! AHHHH!!! I can't believe it, he is growing up so fast!! He was trying to walk, so we got him a new toy and off he went. He is like running now! Without his walker he has taken a few steps! I don't think me or my house is prepared for a tornado. I'm scared, but so excited for him.

#1. I absolutly LOVE... I mean CRAVE chocolate. I NEED to have some EVERYDAY! I know I am very addicted... I'm workin' on it.

A nation wide Fast

I thought this was a very cool idea! You're amazing Gina, so I thought that this might help to pass the word along.

NATIONAL FAST FOR OUR SOLDIERS AND THEIR FAMILIES - August 3rd (which is also International Friendship Day....interesting!!!)

I know our Heavenly Father loves us, and he is watching over our soldiers. I know that the power of fasting can bring great results. I have faith that if we just trust in the Lord, he will provide a way. I know it's unrealistic to think our soldiers are all going to be safe and sound, and that all of them will return home, but I do know that we can pray for the strength and courage to face the heartaches of war. I know we can heal the heart of the soldiers who come home who have seen more than we could ever imagine. I know we can restore the faith and happiness in ALL of us who stress and worry about our soldiers.

I know that regardless of religion or creed, God loves ALL of us, and wants us to live happy lives. We are all brothers and sisters. Let's reach out to those that have less than us, those who have lost more than us, and those who fight for our rights, even at the cost of their lives.
