Time away!!

For the first time in a year and a half we got to get away for a couple days... kid free!! The last time was on our second Anniversary!! Sysco paid for us to go to Boise, stay in a nice hotel, paid for dinner & sent us to a hockey game on Tuesday. It was so much fun!! The company had a suite they let us use at the game... I've never seen this setup ever... but the hockey arena was inside the Grove hotel. To get to our seats we had to go inside the hotel and up to the third floor, it looks like you are walking into a hotel room, but the sliding doors of the room go out to the game with seats out there... or you can sit inside the room and watch the game on TV. It was so fun!! We'd never been to a hockey game before! On wednesday Andy and his brother dan had to go to a meeting with sysco to try some new items or something. Anyway we had lots of fun!! I missed my kiddos but was much needed!! Thanks honey for the fun trip!!

Aaaaannnnndddd he's OFF!!!

Aiden is 7 months old! I can't believe it.... and he's CRAWLING! I'm not quite ready for him to be mobile... but i guess he's not going to wait for me to be ready!! So here are some stats on Aiden at 7 months* at his last appointment he was 27 inches and 17.5 lbs! (I think, I'll have to double check) He had gained 5lbs in TWO months!
* He LOVES his food. We started rice cereal at 4 months, fruits and veggi's at 5 months. Now he HATES baby food and wants the real stuff!! So he is now eating whole foods. Little pieces of whatever we are eating.
* He loves strawberries, bananas, peaches, peas, green beans, sweet potatoes, bread of any kind, chicken, tacos (hehe) rice, macaroni and cheese, string cheese, yogurt, basically I haven't found anything he doesn't like! :)
* He loves taking baths and splashing water EVERYWHERE!
* He is a mama's boy!
* He is a VERY happy baby.
* He loves his sleep and sleeps better than Kyler most days 7-7:30 ususally!! LOVE IT!!
* He loves to play with his brother and his daddy!!He has gotten a little chunky!Apparently these thighs look like mine did. Its a running joke now! calling him thunder thighs like they did me! JUST MEAN!
I love baby toes and fingers :) He always crosses his toes. Its so cute!

My experience with 5 children for 4 days!! WOW!

Andy's brother and sister in law asked us to babysit for a few days while they went to SLC for their 10th Anniversary, they have three girls Kendall (7), Venice (5) & Cosette (2). So from Thursday to Sunday we stayed at their house with their kids. So Friday morning I had to make breakfast for 7 people, quiz Kendall on her spelling, she had a test that day, get three little girls hair done and get Kendall to school by 8:20, and get Andrew and I to a dentist appointment at 9 (my in laws came to sit with all the kids). To my AMAZEMENT I was able to accomplish all that! Seriously I thought it would be impossible (I did have to get up at 6:30 to get it done) I was very proud! We needed a few things from the store, so we loaded all of us up on Friday night and went to Walmart.... we got some FUNNY looks from people!! The girls had a ball playing the Wii with Andy... constantly begging him to play with them, I don't think he minded too much lol!!! In the end... my only thought was wow, maybe this is possible, but now that I think about it more clearly its only a miracle that I survived! lol! It helped A LOT having a 7 year old there to help :) And Kyler had a blast playing with Cosette (they are only 3 weeks apart)This is our Island park trip #2 Playing Guitar Hero

MY NEW COUCH!!!

So I sold my couch a few weeks back for exactly what I wanted!! Then I found these couches within our budget! YAY!!! I LOVE THEM!!!

Island park baby!!

This last weekend we went to Island Park to celebrate Andy & Jeff's birthdays. It was the only weekend close to their birthdays where they both had it off! So it was us, Jeff & KaeLoni and Angie & Brady (angie is my sister and brady is a friend of Andy & Jeff from High School) we stayed in my grandparents cabin & we had SOOO much fun!! The kids had a BALL... well it took a while for Kiaya to decide she liked the snowmobiles! Thanks everybody for doing with us! Here are some pictures of our good time! Ky kept asking his dad to take him for a ride! Which he didn't mind one bit! Everybody talked me into taking EVERYONE for a ride... so we bundled Aiden up with Angie and off we went. Andy and Ky stuck in the snow!

This is my favorite place in the whole world. I have loved this spot since I was a kid & I am still in love with it! I think it is Gorgeous, especially in the winter. Here are some family pictures in this spot!

I know I know... here are the boys on Christmas. Its almost February I'm just barely posting this christmas picture. One of my old roomies and her family came to visit, she has a little boy Aiden's age. Here is Aiden and Carter... they are about two weeks apart! Aiden looks tiny next to him!! Last Sunday the boys all got hair cuts...
Our very own Mr. Clean!! Yep... ANDY SHAVED HIS HEAD! He ALWAYS sucks on his bottom lip. Its so cute!

Couch for sale

I have been wanting to buy new couches for awhile, but I have to sell my couch first! If you or if someone you know might be interested please send them my way! We bought them brand new three years ago. They are white leather with chaise and solid (very heavy) espresso bookshelves connect to each end. Great condition.
